We're currently running into this issue as well. It's not a problem as it is just a warning, but it is annoying for our systems.

It's more than a simple warning, since other tools could not be able to determine the default value with an empty column default value definition.

Fair enough, I should rephrase that it's for us it's treating the column as an autoinc and retrieving the value automatically, so the impact for us has been low. It would be much better if we didn't have to deal with it, however.
