reduce concerns for cloning instances in the Core about songhaycore HOT 2 CLOSED

here is an extension method from my Silverlight salad days:

today, i would rather push this out of the Core 🔥 and wait until it is needed in a particular app; when that need arises, i could add a local extension method that uses, say, CloneExtensions and see when this need arises again—when the need arises again then i should consider adding DeepCloner to the Core
