1.这里我不太清楚服务器给你的二进制数据，是什么样的数据。
2.你先了解下AES加密算法的流程，看服务器是加密到哪一步，然后你对比当前我的解密算法，删除对于的操作。
3.如果你只是对byte 怎么通过java传递进来的话，去google就好。业务实现上的问题可以讨论，技术问题直接查google。
