2.此处所指的 加密是指AES加密的结果？ 如果是的话，我没法回答你怎么去除特殊符号，但是密文结尾的“==”可以删除的，这点我可以保证。（如果你想除去密文中其他的特殊字符，可能需要你手动去修改加解密算法了。）
