I've quickly skimmed over the file and it looks like it's (almost) completely different from the current file. And it has over 4 MB. Which is A LOT.
So we may actually not want to marge it at all, and if we do It may be much harder to do than one would anticipate.

But of course it should be investigated further.

Please tell me if I should create another patched file based on the full_php_browscap.ini with the most importeant changes (without the additional properties, without the device information, without extra sorting).

Hi Thomas. The INI file is not the simplest to reverse engineer. Do you have a list of changes, e.g. new UAs you have added/changed? Or even better, are you able to contribute your changes in the new JSON canonical format as a pull request? :-)

Actually, I dont have a list of changes/UAs. I try to make these changes into the json format.
