Surely if you didn't check what you chose for the output dir, the only logical place is somewhere like here, no?

If that's not what is meant then here:

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python36-32\Scripts\autopytoexe.exe

Both interchangeable for your convenience - either double click or right-click, Run as Administrator. Or just type their names anywhere in an Admin cmd :
auto-py-to-exe.exe
autopytoexe.exe
.exe part isn't even needed either.
