Just do
kubectl proxy --www ./gcp-live-k8s-visualizer --accept-hosts="^.*$" --address="0.0.0.0" --port=9999
and then you can call it by http://MASTER_IP:9999/static/
This issue can be closed as it's related to the kubectl proxy itself, not to visualizer.
