Invalid rendering of code in doxygen comments about breathe HOT 3 CLOSED

Thank you very much for reporting this. Sorry for the slow response and that Breathe isn't quite behaving itself. I confess I'm having a bit of a busy week but I'm going to try to look at this as soon as possible. Hopefully over the next few days or at the weekend.

I hope it won't be too hard to fix up.

Sorry for the delay on this. I've pushed some changes that should help a little. Unfortunately I don't think it is possible to have a link nested inside a literal text block in reStructuredText. So whilst you should see the class name in fixed width font it won't be a link to the class in html.

It makes sense to investigate this further to make sure it isn't something we can overcome but at the moment it feels like I'm sending the right data to the Sphinx html renderer and a less than ideal result is coming out the other side.
