When I start the php server I get one message 'Php server started' then the above error and then 'Php server ended'. similar...

Yes I have the very same issue with the exact details & yes I have php properly installed
I noticed everybody on internet saying that the port the php server extension is using, is already running something else, I tried to change the port many times by adding to the (settings.json):
"phpserver.port": 8082 ,
& tried many ports & launched the php server over & over again but it show me the same error message.
I was trying to solve this since a week, now I forgot about it & I use Xampp as an alternative, which works perfectly 👍
