Then within the multi-response to GET, there's a Content-Length: N header, but that's not exactly an http header.

And in range-page, I'm not sure which of those are new headers and which are existing headers:

You mean in range-patch spec. They are all new headers I think.

I made this issue for range-patch, but you are right, we have to add this to http-braid as well.
