I'm nor aware of such thing, is that when requesting keys for couple of channels or just one?

One channel is fine, about 400ms same as box. Two channels is same as one channel, but third and fourth take twice time more than one channel.
Here is example on PC when one transponder stream 5 channels:
First channel = 400ms
Second channel = 420ms
Third channel = 780ms
Fourth channel = 1120ms
Fifth channel = 1150ms

Here is example on box:
First channel = 380ms
Second channel = 390ms
Third channel = 385ms
Fourth channel = 400ms
Fifth channel = 370ms

It's normal, if keys get changed the same time, they get queued so that time for example for the third channel is time for the actual processing key by card and the delay that comes from the processing of other channels key

You think this is ok? Currently I test this situation with 20 channels from one PC with two TBS 6985 quad tuner dvb-s/s2 card. For now its working stable but there is still delay, example 400, 700, 1000, 2000, 2000, 2000, 2500, 400, 800, and so on...

yes this is just simple math, if this wasn't true you could get keys for unlimited number of channels from one card which is just a bogus if card is processing one key for 300-500ms and can't process multiple keys at once
