Thanks @MarkKharitonov - that's quite the expression. Do you know if this is actually a valid cron expression? Can you point me to a cron implementation that can read this?

http://www.cronmaker.com/ is driven by Quartz and it handles this kind of CRON expressions.
Assuming this is not a Quartz specific extension to CRON, this is a legal CRON expression.
Our code uses the .NET port of Quartz and we actually see expressions like these in use by our clients.

I think the problem is, a cron part with interval (/), between (-), and, list (,) isn't supported. Whew, I haven't seen any con expressions with all of these pieces in a single part. I'd welcome a PR to fix this but I'm going to close this for now as it seems to be quite a edge case.
