Improve the performance of the Kuwahara filter about gpuimage HOT 2 CLOSED

After talking with the engineers at WWDC, it turns out that there's a kind of watchdog timer for when something takes too long to run on the GPU. This is why you see odd tiling artifacts when running this filter on large images, because it simply takes too long to process a single frame. This makes it all the more important to speed up this filter to prevent these kinds of timeouts.

This is resolved with the latest changes merged from my change set. A 2048x2048 image runs on a 4S in about 0.75 seconds now. Even better on the iPad 2+. Not quite real time, but you could always shrink the image to something like 512x512 for your real time view and then if they want to save, do the full size filter.
