Feature request: pos_blacklist about pke HOT 3 CLOSED

From what I understand, I think there are two things here:

1. Filtering out candidates that contain a given Part-Of-Speech. For example, filtering out candidates that contain a verb. This can be easily done in the candidate_filtering method as you proposed.

2. Filtering candidates with a given POS pattern. This can be done using an already implemented candidate selection heuristic, namely grammar_selection(). Please have a look at the documentation here.

To sum up, I will add the pos_blacklist to candidate_filtering asap.
