boto: Bad Request when using --tags about simpleflow HOT 2 CLOSED

Thanks! I confirm it doesn't work here while it should. It looks like there's even a problem in boto docs (tag_list is not documented correctly).

I'll try to have parameters interpreted more correctly in simpleflow/commands.py, I think other parameters are managed there when possible, and I'll see if I can add a check in the start_execution function. To give you the full story: I'm a bit reluctant to change simpleflow internals (even if officially we're in 0.x) because we use it heavily at Botify. We don't use the command wrappers themselves much, but we do use internals from a Django app and backend workers. And actually we're already using tags extensively, passing lists directly, so better not break that...

The AWS CLI option you refer won't work with the "click" library we use as far as I understand it, but I'll check and ping you back when I have a working PR.
