AWS Flow: "the framework checks the execution history and does not schedule duplicate activity tasks." Shouldn't we do the same?

Not sure if they just avoid duplicate activity tasks running concurrently or tasks with the same name in the whole workflow execution history.
But yeah, we could go with the second option!

Mmm, it's when presenting replay, so the second option: Basic Concepts: Distributed Execution.
They muddle the water with asynchronous workflow method, which run (multiple times) on the deciders
