See surv.bart()
in {BART} (perhaps crisk.bart()
and crisk2.bart()
) also. These special survival models should work with {tidytreatment}, but I haven't tested specifically, so open an issue if you run into problems.

Thanks for your suggestion on using surv.bart()
for time-to-event outcomes with tidytreatment. We were indeed able to successfully get tidytreatment to work with the survival bart output. We are in the process of optimizing model parameters, and we are wondering if you have any suggestions on which steps would be best for model parameter optimization: (a) when creating the initial model and/or (b) after variable optimization in the final model? Thanks in advance for any hints or other helpful documentation you might have on this!
