Javascript erros in IE8 about javascript-garden HOT 6 CLOSED

We try to support IE, but unfortunately both of us work primarily within Linux now, and the build environment is node.js, which currently is hard to get working on Windows, so its a little hard for us to test this. Analytics does show less IE visitor count than Opera (!) and is currently hovering around 2%.

I'll try rebooting into Windows to test this later today, but no guarantees

Well, that was stupid - we were including html5-shiv.js incorrectly. This is now fixed with 4ef1f3f and e3a15af (I'm testing with IE9 in IE8 and IE7 mode. Do tell me if this worked for you on IE8 proper)

One other thing to note, analytics may have been failing to load on IE8 because of the JS error, which will have messed with your statistics, perhaps the 2% of users with IE are on IE9? Will be interesting to see if your stats change after this fix.

I don't think that is correct; we have been seeing IE8 and 7 visitors:

Looks like it is working correctly, I guess you must get a fairly skewed share of browsers due to the subject matter
