Distribute license files with releases about d2dx HOT 4 CLOSED

I think what could be done is to prefix the license files with the name of the project, for example:
D2HD - COPYING and D2DX - LICENSE.txt.

Thanks also for the comments. A Glide wrapper that is also licensed GPL is something that I can greatly respect. I've also responded to some of your questions on my repo as well, though we could also communicate on Discord if you are okay with that. I will fix this, sorry about that. What is the preferred way to include more than one license file? I have put them in separate files as the names didn't clash. I also removed the previous release .zips rather than add the licenses to them.
And btw, thank you for the fantastic mod!
