Mostly done. Uses the main picture list. It can load multipart (animated) gifs.
ToDo:
- Play control for any multipart image.
- Override frame duration for gifs. May need manual frame duration for exr files anyways.
- display pixel format name and bits per pixel instead of bitdepth in details popup?
- default to playing if multipart file is a gif (but not otherwise)
