Added the HCI dump log, I've only got 5k for debug logging but here is the final part of the log including the hci dump.

The embedded device is paired with a Nexus 5 (android 5.1.1) and Im trying to connect from the application "Bluetooth viewer" to the embedded device.

Thanks. Without the packets for HCI and L2CAP connection setup, Apple's PacketLogger won't properly decode the higher layer messages. I'll respond on the mailing list.

How can i deactivate the "EVT , LOG, ACL and CMD" messages on the Serial port?

On the ESP32, you can comment the call to hci_dump_open in the main() OF esp-idf/components/btstack/main.
