[Bug] Typeahead inside Blazored.Modal search text erase with .NET 7.0 about typeahead HOT 3 OPEN

@massimotomasi this sounds like the same issue reported in #288.

Apparently there was a workaround implemented for the latest release of Blazored.Modal - so you may check if you are running the specified version.

I have also opened a PR that should fix this error for good but unfortunately there has not been any action upon this yet.

I also stumbled across this bug. if you call the modal component with no parameters or only simple data types (e.g. string) it works fine. If you use a complex parameter (own types or even build in types like StringBuilder) the problem appears. Even if you do not use that parameter in the code of the modal. I will try the fix of @SSchulze1989 now.

Too bad that @chrissainty seems to be dugin somewhere. If you read this, hope you are well! Please show a life sign! :D

Apologies for not replying here sooner. I've just added an issue explaining what's going on with this package going forward. But the TLDR is that I don't have time to work on this repo for the forseable future.
