I am not against using mustache.
JDL file is very simple so StringBuilder does the job but if you want to do the implementation with Mustache then it is alright

I have it working with mustache for the entities part with all tests passing. Adding the relations part won't be hard. We can compare the final result and see if it makes things better or not.
