I tried to use the postgres user, but I don't know the default password for this user... I tried to configure the postgres user password by passing the POSTGRES_POSTGRES_PASSWORD on docker-compose.yml environment section.

But not worked on this way.

Could you ensure that you are setting the POSTGRES_POSTGRES_PASSWORD env var on a clean installation? If there was persisted data it would be lost.

and after that i connect on the bash and try to login with the postgres user, and the error is this.
psql: error: connection to server on socket "/tmp/.s.PGSQL.5432" failed: FATAL: password authentication failed for user "postgres"
