I'm having a similar issue. Tool was working fine until Cloudflare updated their security and it broke the tool. So I downloaded the newer version of the tool. (currently on 1.0.0.0-dev) and it fixed the security issue but now the updater isn't actually updating the IP address with Cloudflare. Weird part is that it can see the correct IP at the top on the GUI but wont actually update the record to the new dynamic IP.
If I right click on the record in the tool and select "update ip" manually then give it a few minutes. It will update.
Not sure if it has to do with the version I'm on. Going to try the latest tool and see if that fixes it.
