It does look like #761. Both edges have the outdated edge-attributes (original_subject*, original_object*) and lack PMID info (publications edge-attribute)

I think this issue with BioThings SEMMEDB is related to cache-update issues: either QEdges #757 or smartapi-specs (recent lab Slack convo).
Now that we've deployed code changes to CI, I get the desired response (has PMIDs, no outdated edge-attributes) when running the example query in BTE CI (I used the https://bte.ci.transltr.io/v1/smartapi/1d288b3a3caf75d541ffaae3aab386c8/query to test BioThings SEMMEDDB directly).
But I think this was "fixed" by the smartapi-specs update in biothings/bte-server#6. I'm not sure if the larger cache-update issues were fixed yet, given the recent lab Slack convo
