Multiple fixes to 2.0 alpha-01 + docs about biotoolsschema HOT 1 CLOSED

All done in 2.0 beta03. Note:

1. name element can allow spaces (this is transformed to a URL-safe toolID
2. descriptiption : no pattern allowed until we understand better what characters (if any) cause problems
3. biotoolsID pattern set appropriately (used as primary ID of entry also when defining relations)
4. enum in new toolType revised
5. no pattern for version, like name this is transformed to a URL-safe versionID
6. valid type, pattern and sample defined for orcidId
7. contactDetails now gone, credit element has been refactored
8. PMID etc have samples.
