WiFi does not connect PiTFT50 v2 about octobtt HOT 5 OPEN

Have you installed the built-in isolation column between the screen and the Raspberry PI?

What built in isolation column I didnt receive one with my screen just the stand-offs screws and ribbon cable. What does this look like and where can I get it?

Yea I use them but they don’t resolve the issues even with the pi not attached to the back of the screen and positioned for from it the issue is still present honestly don’t think it’s the screen causing the issues and more of the ribbon cable it self I was able to shield it with aluminum foil and electrical tape and it helped with the issue but Wi-Fi signal is still week and unreliable the method you are providing is not a resolution at all but a bandaid you are trying to give for an unreliable product I’m very disappointed by this because now I’ll have to spend money on a Wi-Fi dongle to make something work that originally worked before I used ur product you really have to find a way to fix this since no other screens on the market does this but yours.
