这似乎与Cloudflare对代理节点的隐藏估分有关.
有些相对知名的服务商提供的节点, 在重载/连接断开时CF会强制要求进行验证,
但同一个IP,按理说使用fetch方式进行重载, 不应该导致刷新才对.

一种可能性是cf的相关token丢失,或者是代理节点进行了自动负载均衡切换了出口IP.

判断一下fetch拉取到的首页数据是否是待验证页面, 应该大概率可以解决这个问题.
等我有空了整一下.

其实就是普通的 cf 的waf页面，其实应该不难识别
