Hi there,
as you can see in the original gist, I'm only the author of some minor modifications and the original gist was created by @mattbasta and then there is also @mitsuhiko, the author as credited in the copyright statement.
Also there seems to be a single packaged version of it here: https://github.com/andreif/codegen
There the readme states a 3-clause BSD License.

Hi FYI.. LICENSE file in the main repo is still 2-clause BSD.. This should be changed to 3-clause I believe
