These are interesting ideas :

• The Minishop (as well as every GUI in the plugin) will be rewritten in 4.0
• IslandFly will also be a bit rewritten but what do you suggest exactly? To handle an automatic give/remove of the fly access?
• For placeholders, I'm actually looking to implement them, as well as allowing to give names to Warps.

Not really an automatic give/remove if the fly acces, maybe something like a command?
E.g. VikingOmu is a new player, he starts an island, he gets fly acces for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes of using fly, it is disabled, and I could get him more time by a command like:
/asadmin fly VikingOmu 30
30 being 30 minutes here

This is not a bad idea. It could be done with a plugin to ASKyBlock using the API instead though. Does it have to be in the core plugin?

I think it may be time to start creating some official plugins. I have some already, e.g. DynMap, and TopTenHeads, but we should shave off as much as possible so that we can reduce testing and bugs in the core plugin. This could be one, and also I think the island barrier one too.
