You already suggested a change related as #47 months ago actually. Is it the same issue ?
And what should be the version number after this change ? If we follow semver strictly, it would be 4.0 as it would be a BC break, but I'm not sure you follow semver strictly for Behat packages (it would be easier for composer constraints if we do though)
