Using a space for a delimiter will not be supported by the 'csv' format. And
I'm not sure it would be what you want anyway, since quotation marks are
optional according to the CSV specification BeanIO is based on.
However, you can easily create your own RecordParserFactory for this format.
If you need help, let me know and I can paste some code.
