Looks like bea_to_db needs to check the date of the existing table before trying to add anything to the database. This should be possible but I also worry that I may have bloated the database and need to clean it up.

This is resolved. The issue is that some NIPA tables include the same series on more than one line. Added code to keep online the first line if there is more than one.
