有博士的模版的，\documentclass命令选项选doctor就行了。Sublime要设置一线编译方法，使用latexmk。

@gongjinnan 尽管使用pandoc，基于md书写后转换tex是个非常便捷的工具链，但并非所有内容都能够在这一模版中得到兼容。
据我所知，pandoc的latex转换模版书写了大量的内容来适配md，但是在这一模版中并没有去做这方面的工作。（核心始终是提供一个书写tex论文的模版）。
事实上，这个模版已经简略了大量的tex书写工作，基本可以直接使用基础tex语法即可完成论文撰写工作。
（另大胆猜测：csl参数的修改方案是不不行的）

十分推荐对tex基础语法进行一定的学习，并直接使用tex撰写论文。（在给定模版后，基本同撰写纯文本、MD没有鸿沟，且学习成本很低）。
