Did what the ticket is asking for but the spacing between "Helpful Links" and the next line seems off. @fionazhou-jsb

I don't think this is a design issue because the spacing looks correct in Figma. However, I do notice a couple of details that require fixing:

• "Short term registry" should be "Short-Term Rental Registry"
• The button label should be in titlecase to be consistent

There are other small changes required elsewhere in the host form, for example the form title is "Short-Term Rental Registration" but should perhaps be "Short-Term Rental Application" instead. We could capture these small changes in a new ticket.
