A 10 band equaliser often consists of 10 peaking EQ filters. Not a combination of HPF or LPF filters.
The range of the sliders will then be the gain of the specific band the peaking EQ filter is amplifying.

Okay i am setting gain of specific band now
""PEQ[sender.tag - 1].G = sender.value;".
But my slider's range is 0-8000. what am i supposed to set this range?

Please just try a few things before you ask. I recommend trying a range of -20 to 20. (and read the README.md file)
