The block() is for wrap JS function before pass it into Objective-C as block, it can only be call by Objective-C:

+ (void)callBlk:(CellReuseIdentifierForRowAtIndexPath)blk
{
  NSString *blockReturnValue = blk(indexPath);
  NSLog(@"%@", blockReturnValue);
}
@end

var identiferBlk = block("NSIndexPath *", function(indexPath) {
    return "CellIdentifier";
});
require('JPObject').callBlk(identiferBlk);    //pass to OC, it's OK
identiferBlk();    //call in JS, is not allow, crash

If you want to define a block that call in JS, just use JS function.

var identiferBlk =function(indexPath) {
    return "CellIdentifier";
};
identiferBlk();   //that's OK

require('JPObject').callBlk(block("NSIndexPath *", identiferBlk));  //wrap with block() when pass to OC
