Update Compile README about snapos HOT 3 CLOSED

for Googlers that got here, the fix is to change the makefile to use v0.20 of the snapcast git repo, the 0.20 branch in turn contains the updated repos for the submodules such as flac

from snapos.

user error, was using relative file paths for the symlink. However I am still having a lot of issues when compiling, mainly:

Cloning into '/home/brian/src/openwrt/openwrt-sdk-19.07.3-mvebu-cortexa9_gcc-7.5.0_musl_eabi.Linux-x86_64/tmp/dl/snapcast-0.18.1/externals/flac'...
fatal: unable to access 'https://git.xiph.org/flac.git/': Failed to connect to git.xiph.org port 443: Connection refused
fatal: clone of 'https://git.xiph.org/flac.git' into submodule path '/home/brian/src/openwrt/openwrt-sdk-19.07.3-mvebu-cortexa9_gcc-7.5.0_musl_eabi.Linux-x86_64/tmp/dl/snapcast-0.18.1/externals/flac' failed
Failed to clone 'externals/flac' a second time, aborting

this seems to be happening for all dependencies, even though it compiles them already for a first time for openwrt, it seems to be trying to compile them a second time

from snapos.

closing this, I think I just have bad luck and happen to try and build when a source code repo is coincidentally down.
