Hi, could you please provide the code/text to replicate the issue? I've tried adding a new line to the example in the README, but it still outputs the same triplets.

Hi there,
I have tried to replicate the issue where it returns relations with entities that are not in the text (e.g. 2016 Summer Olympics) - but after some effort I have not been able to reproduce it. From memory I used:

However I have tried it again now and I am not seeing the issue. The only other clue I can offer is that at the time I thought it was a 'known issue' because I found reference to entities being 'hallucinated' in this blog post: https://towardsdatascience.com/extract-knowledge-from-text-end-to-end-information-extraction-pipeline-with-spacy-and-neo4j-502b2b1e0754
