Does the same workflow work when you SPN to login to Azure?
Also, ensure that you have enabled proper access.

Yes, we are currently using this SPN for other Azure DevOps pipelines too and that is able to access the KeyVault. So, the SPN seems to be okay, it is something with the workflow that I'm presuming to be an issue?
