Thanks for reporting this issue.
I believe this is due to the fact that jprq cannot expose WebSocket connections yet.
Modern web frameworks, such as React and Vue, tend to make a WebSocket connection for file watchers and send chunks of updated code in development mode.
One way around it, for now, is to build a production version of your app and serve that over an HTTP server.
We are planning to support exposing WS soon, after that this issue should be gone.
