Could we get some more details. An example flow would be nice, home assistant shows the correct state but the current state node is incorrect? Is it only this one entity or multiple entities? What does the state of the entity show in the global context object within node red?
Personally I don't think I've experienced this before so maybe environmental or an edge case bug, not sure.
