XML-output in Cobertura format about gocov HOT 8 CLOSED

I agree, it would be nice. I don't have the capacity to make such an enhancement for the foreseeable future. Please feel free to make the change and send a pull request.

This needn't be incorporated into gocov, you can take the source for gocov
report and write a new program that produces xunit style xml output from
the json produced by gocov test.

Why gocov report is not a separate program then? ;) If you don't mind, I will add a -xml flag.

There needs to be at least one way to report on the coverage, and requiring users to install multiple programs just for the very basics is onerous.

If you're going to implement Cobertura/XML formatting, please make it a separate program. I have little time for gocov as it is; I won't have time to maintain ever growing functionality.
