mips_0x0000000f_20200107.txt shows you are getting timeout when connecting to KVS signaling service. Are you seeing the same issue with ubuntu or it is only happening on your mips device?
signalingConnectSync(): operation returned status code: 0x0000000f

It is not clear why you are not able to view the video/audio on browser for above log. Can you provide device information so we can try to reproduce? Thanks.

     Chip architecture: MIPS
     Cross-compilation tool: mips-linux-uclibc-gnu [GCC/4.7.2]

2. getting timeout when connecting/create to KVS signaling service.

Ubuntu and MIPS exist the same way, and the odd thing is that Ubuntu works better with the same network environment as MIPS.

Just looking at the logs, mips_0x0000000f_20200107.txt seems to be caused by the network timeout connecting to the signaling. It attempts to connect within 15 seconds but can't establish the connection. The first log is more interesting mips_ICE_AGENT_STATE_READY_20200107.txt - we get the connection established, exchange the SDPs and ICE candidates. The ICE state machine reaches Connected and then Ready. For some reason no exchange is going on. Need to look closer
