Thanks for bringing this up. Not all changes/fixes in V1 have been ported to V2 yet. We are working on this and a future release of the V2 code will include these missing changes, including this bug fix.

We've just released version 2.0.7 of the .NET SDK and it contains this fix. Sorry about the wait.
