Can you provide a link/namespace for the BufferManager class you are referring to?
If you are referring to the BufferManager in System.ServiceModel (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.servicemodel.channels.buffermanager%28v=vs.110%29.aspx), we can't use it as we don't have a dependency on System.ServiceModel.dll.

It would help us if you can provide any data points/performance data related to the benefits of using a buffer manager. Have you used/implemented this in past and was there measurable performance benefit associated with it?
