I got the same problem here.
For the ROLL_OVER / ROLL_OUT seems they are no longer active in MouseManager3D.
Maybe this is related to the issue about CLICK events and alphaBlending ?

MOUSE_OVER and MOUSE_OUT have been fixed. ROLL_OVER and ROLL_OUT were never supported. If for some reason there's a strong demand for the distinction (which makes a bit less sense in 3D), we may take a look at that again :)
