You could use it to figure out what spells you cast earlier in the day (super useful for PBP games I would think) or see if you actually remembered to apply that heal your ally gave you. It would just be a record of the last maybe like 200 actions take on the character (and it would be PM'ed by default. Maybe an option to print a chunk of 10 lines or so)

Things to track would be:
HP and THP changes.
Spell casts and spellslot changes.
Short and Long rests taken.
Consumables changes.
Could also log effects gained and lost in inititive.
Maybe a customization alias function to add things to the log as well.

Usage would be something like:
!log to PM your history to yourself.
!log cast to filter it to cast or spellslot changes
!log -p hp to print hp changes in channel

Seems really solid to me. This is likely beyond the scope a bit, but if implemented, it would be helpful to be able to write to this log from aliases to implement things like magic item logs, as well as to use this log as a way to implement undo for certain actions, for example, if the player accidentally did !game longrest between sessions and shouldn't have, and the log had a snapshot of their hp, counters, and spellslots, you could recreate the state.

As a side note, changes can happen through the sheet directly as well. ThaumRystra/DiceCloud#158 is a feature request for logging within Dicecloud.
