Here I am :) I'm the sponsor of Towny mentioned above and also the buyer of EcoEnchants.

FYI I tested two enchantments of EcoEnchants: Razor and Intellect.

Neither of the two worked within the town lands if the town has "Mobs: OFF" option. Then, If I do /town toggle mobs to set the option to "Mobs: ON", both two worked then. Since the effects of the two enchantments are very apparent, the difference between "Mobs: ON" and "Mobs: OFF" is also clear.

It seems like townBlock.isPvp doesn't exist as a property? Updated to latest towny as well so it's not a version issue
